Acrobat Pro, I can't find the named destinations management

Last year I used Acrobat Pro to manage named destinations on PDF files. Today I re-purchased my subscription to Acrobat Pro but I no longer find the named destinations section. Am I missing something?

If you have the new UI it should appear on the right, under Destinations. If you have the old UI it should appear on the left. Great design, right?

By the way, now that I found named destinations, I can't find the option I used to apply, it was something like "Create named destinations from bookmarks".
What am I missing?
