ACROBAT PRO INSTALLED BUT INACTIVE

Community Beginner ,
Nov 20, 2023 Nov 20, 2023

Hi Acrobat community,

I have a professionnal Acrobat Pro account which is well activated on my laptop.

However, when I open a pdf file, I don't have the tools anymore since I changed my laptop, indeed the icons Modify and Organise for example are not listed anymore in the list of tools available.

See screenshot.

Could you help me please ?

Kind regards

Matthieu

They are the same application, but if you're not logged in to an account that has a valid subscription for Acrobat then the application defaults to being Reader.
