I have heard of companies with similar names who sell stolen subscriptions. They sometimes work for a month or two, then Adobe block the stolen software. Sometimes instead of stealing the software, they steal credit cards to pay for software. If your software was much less than US$15 every month, it can't be genuine...
It seems like a scam, since they can't even get the name of the product right (they call it Adobe Acrobat Pro 2021, which is not correct). The weird thing is they charge more than the actual price Adobe charges! A subscription to Acrobat Pro DC costs 17.99€ in France currently (https://www.adobe.com/fr/acrobat/acrobat-pro.html ) and they offer it for 19.99€ ("down from 39.99€!")... I don't see any reason to take a chance with an unknown seller when the publisher of the program sells it for cheap

You were scammed. Contact the bank, credit-card company or whatever method you used to pay and try and get your money back.

Also, you might want to block that payment method, in case it's used by the scammers to purchase other things in your name.
