New Here ,
Oct 06, 2025 Oct 06, 2025

Dears,

Few users of my Org have Acrobat Pro installed; they are asked everyday to log-in.

My org as the SSO enabled for all company users, including the ones with Acrobat Pro installed.

Thanks

Stefano

Hi @SteveF2025 , Request you to please refer below article to check if "Max session life" is selected as "Not Set". This setting enable users to reauthenticate after the duration you specify. The session life is effective on all user sessions of Adobe apps across devices.

@SteveF2025 does your organization use the Enterprise/Admin Console? Make sure you are only using the version of Acrobat Pro downloaded and packaged from the Adobe Admin Console. Adobe support has indicated that using the "regular" public download may contribute to this repeated sign-in issue in federated environments. As well, make sure the Creative Cloud desktop app is updated to the latest version (v5.4 or higher). Acrobat relies on this application for licensing and SSO token management.
