Please, please, please can someone offer a viable way to turn off these intrusive, distracting and (for me) pointless blue pop up "helpers". They have been driving me mad since 2020. They seem to be more prolific lately. There must be a way to turn them off for good?

Bump.
If I could use an alternative app everday at work, I would.
How can I stop with the blue "tips", anyone?
Pleeease.

Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response.
The blue pop-ups appearing in Adobe Acrobat Pro on Mac are likely tooltips, hints, or onboarding messages triggered by new features. These can sometimes persist even after closing them. Try the following and let us know:
Disable All Pop-Ups & Hints (Recommended)
1. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro.
2. Go to Acrobat > Settings (or Preferences, depending on the version).
3. Navigate to General.
4. Look for an option like:
5. Restart Acrobat and check if the pop-ups stop appearing.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have done this already (I've just checked to make sure the options are still in place) and unfortunately it still doesn't stop the blue upsell/feature pop ups for me.
