Acrobat pro not converting all Arabic symbols

Hi,

I've just converted a word document with Arabic text and symbols to a pdf, having the following issues:

I've resolved the issue

It was going into adobe printer preferences and unticking rely on system

I'm trying to replicate the issue on my machine, so I downloaded Al Majeed Qur'anic font, the "Aya" brackets you pointed at are not part of the font as far as I can see. Now with so limited information you're providing, I may not be able to assist you. Kindly provide more details.

 

Here is the Glyphs chart for the font, I don't see the brackets…

i dont think its reconising all the fonts within the document, that are
saved in C:/Windows/Fonts

And now coming up with the following error logs:
