Acrobat Pro not saving my fixes to reported accessibility issues

Hi there! I have been making fixes to remediate a PDF. Very time-consuming process when it comes to editing tags in a table. For example, marking cells as headers instead of data. When I reopen the file, or when I run the plug-in CommonLook, my changes are not there. Any suggestions for me?
