Acrobat Pro not Working after Regular Payment

Good Day
I've had Adobe Acrobat Pro for a while now and normally get charged on the 3rd of every month. This was the case for the month of Feb, however it isn't being reflected in my app. It also doesn't say anything under plans and payment, nothing in orders and invoices or in plans. Please can someone help me?

@_Jesssbmg_ are you still experiencing account issues.... if you go to the bottom, there should be a 'chat' box, you can scroll down to the bottom and you can contact Customer Support
