Is there a keyboard shortcut combination to reset preferences in Acrobat DC (like there is in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)?

Hello Jay Fresno,
I am sorry, but the feature to reset the preferences with a Keyboard shortcut is not available in Acrobat DC. If you want, you can raise a feature request through Feature Request/Bug Report Form Link: http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Hi Micka,
If the above mentioned KB docs were not helpful, please uninstall the Acrobat by running the uninstaller file from the Application menu.
Reboot your computer, and then install the Acrobat from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
If the issue still persists, I will request you to enable the root account and check with the Acrobat.
Keep us posted with the results.
Regards,
Anand Sri.

Any fixes yet to this issue. I have the same issues. Acrobat quit unexpectedly. Click 'Learn more' for possible fixes. All the above did not help. I called Adobe and they have an open ticket. My IT department doesn't have a solution. They have even given me a NEW COMPUTER and I am still having issues. I'm able to use Adobe but these quit unespectedly pop ups come up more than 11 times per day and are so annoying. They have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, they have cleared my lic. and adobe account, and I started fresh, they even reset my User profile to see if that would work. Nothing. They sent me a new computer and it still pops up. Adobe themselves were on my computer with my IT department uninstalled every file they found that had anything to do with ADOBE and reinstalled. This has been an issue since September! Hopefull, Adobe can figure this out.
