Acrobat Pro's crashes when compare a specific document

We are experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro's compare feature. The application crashes when running the compare feature for a particular PDF document, but it works perfectly for all other documents. Attaching the following:

1. The crash dump file for your reference

2. The impacted two pdf documents

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/43guGUP.

 

If the app still crashes when using the files and comparing features, please collect the new logs and share them with us for further investigation.
