Acrobat Pro se cierra solo al hacer click en firmar documento

Desde hace unos dias Acrobat Pro se cierra automaticamente cada vez que hago click en:

- Rellenar y firmar

ó

- Firmar documento

Hemos hecho una desinstalación limpia con Revo, hemos vuelto a instalar y sigue pasando.

La versión está actualizado con verión 2024.002.20933 | 64 bits.

Necesitamos ayuda.

Please go to the location mentioned below and delete the following files:

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk

The issue has been addressed in the latest update released today. Try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. Check if that resolves the issue.

tengo el mismo problema, a la hora de utilizar certificado, se le da donde se debe guardar y se le pone pin y se cierra. Cuando se abre sale que la firma no es valida. Es la versión actualizada y según vi esto borrar estos archivos solucionaba el problema

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk pero los archivos ni existen el computador. La version que se usa es Adobe Reader y como le digo recien bajada desde la web
