I'm running the latest CC version of Acrobat Pro on a Mac Ventura system. For the last month or two, whenever I open Acrobat, it displays the launch screen with a list of files, then the display grays out and there is a white rectangle in the center. Acrobat freezes. According to my CC account, Acrobat is up to date. Either there is an Adobe glitch here or there is something wrong with my computer. Any ideas?

Hope you are doing well.
This is a known issue and our engineering team is working on it.
The fix will be available in the upcoming updates.
Thanks for your time and patience.

Thanks, Amal
It's been two months since your reply. When can we expect a new version that fixes this problem? I'm limping along using Reader, but I really will need to use Acrobat's full suite of tools.
Thanks

Having the same issue on a Windows 11 desktop here. Spent 20 minutes this morning with an Adobe tech support updating some files remotely in my software and it worked fine for the next 5 minutes. Went to lunch, opened acrobat, and FREEZE once again. Now it won't even let me create a PDF.
