I have issue with Acrobat Professional 2020 20.0 signature not working or load

Would you mind sharing the type of signature you have been trying to apply/access using Acrobat 2020?

Is it Fill & Sign of Certificate signature?

Make sure you have installed the latest version of Acrobat.

• Open Acrobat>help>check for updates. You can also download it manually from here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html#classic-track 

• Do check with a different file, as it could be a document-specific issue that is not loading.
