Acrobat Professional change many website links quickly

I have a pdf document with many pictures which bear manually added links to external websites in Acrobat Professional.

How can I see a list of these links to change a word in all of them quickly without having to click at each picture and change every link?

Example:

Picture-link 1 leads to www.web.de/example1-abraham

Picture-link 2 leads to www.web.de/example2-abraham

I want to change all "abraham" into "bbraham": www.web.de/example1-bbraham / www.web.de/example2-bbraham

There's no built-in command to do it in Acrobat. It might be possible with a plugin. It's not with a script.
