Hi @Salam26554820umf0

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version (may Release) 23.01.2017X installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

You may also try to sign the pdf file online here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/tools/?group=group-sign and see if that works for you.

HI Amal,

We tried all three solutions provided in the link and non worked. As well we test on another new installation on another laptop same issue.

Seems something is wrong with the latest release.

How can we revert back to a previous version of Adobe DC than the current one.

Thank you.

The only work arround that we are able to do is to install the 32bit version and remove the 64bit.

The Acrobat Pro DC 64bit version still required some optimization , here is the link for 32-bit and I tried, it's working perfectly. Link below.

Issue is universal, no Fill & Sign tool even before opening a PDF, no variation between PDFs. Newest Windows 11, newest Acrobat version to date. Resetting preferences link wasnt helpful

I am having the exact same issue in 2024. No Fill and Sign option whatsoever. It's kind of annoying to see something so essential dismissed entirely by Adobe. Like, if your one and primary use is to quickly sign documents with a paid PDF app, and you just can't do that, and the company doesn't even fix an option that should be there, what does it say of them? Hoping for a fix.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
