with the latest update in August, adobe continues to have problems with files slowing down or not opening. Once opened, the programme goes into ‘not responding’ even when scrolling through pages. is there any solution to restore the service?

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue to Adobe.  We would like to understand more on this issue to understand it better.

Is it happening for all pdf files or for some files ?

Is the issue started with recent update and same pdf files were working fine with prior version?

Would it be possible to share some sample files, that are causing issues.

Regards

Ravi

It happens for all pdf files. Exactly, with the previous version there was no problem.

I found this workaround:
delete the key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat

open adobe

close adobe

open a PDF file
