Hi. When sending a signal requst with JPEG images attached, those cannot be seen in Preview. However, user signs without checking images (pages are shown in white).

How can I fix this issue?

Thanks!

PS: Users are always different. I cannot tell them to download Acrobat Reader Pro (in advance)

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

Hi. When sending a signal requst with JPEG images attached, those cannot be seen in Preview. However, user signs without checking images (pages are shown in white).

This means the users who are opening those files for signature in Mac Preview are experiencing the issue. Correct?

How about the one that opens in Acrobat/Reader DC? Does that look good?

If the document doesn't open correctly (shown white) in Preview, there's nothing to suggest. Changes made in the image resolution of the Security setting would not be applied to any 3rd party PDF viewer.

Thanks,

Akanchha
