Acrobat Reader - There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document(18)

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I have a PDF document with around 20 pages and when scrolling to view page 13, we get this error message -

We have the latest version of reader and DC Pro and both have the same issue.

Any ideas how we can resolve this?

It likely that page 13 contains an internal defect (corrupt font, invalid XObject, wrong encoding of an image …) that Acrobat/Reader isn't able to fix. Use the testing tools of the Preflight plug-in in Acrobat to find out what's the problem.

Hi Team,

The Issue I am also facing but when we regenrate the PDF with same content and same code we are able to open the docuemnt, but we are not understand why some times we are getting this issue, Please hlep us here to resolve the issue
