Tenho assinatura mensal acrobat reader, o computador onde instalei inicialmente ficou inoperacional, como instalar noutro e ser reconhecida a assinatura que estou a pagar?

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

We verified your Adobe ID and found an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro. As you mentioned, Acrobat Reader is a freeware application, and please note that there is no subscription available for Acrobat Reader.

You need to install Acrobat Pro and use the Adobe ID (email) to log in and activate the license on the machine. Download Acrobat Pro on the machine and sign in; it will recognize and activate the license.
