Acrobat resets to Reader Every Day

Good day. I have Acrobat 2020. I have set it to be my default PDF handler in preferences and in default apps in Windows and by right clicking on a PDF. Every time my computer restarts, it changes back to Reader and I have to repeat. Am I missing a step someplace?
