Hi, Adobe Community,
Has anyone experienced an issue with Acrobat where they warn you that you must update to the latest version of the app in order to still make use of the cloud and sharing/signing functions?
I checked the CC desktop and my Acrobat is up to date. However, when I search in the app itself it says there is an update (version 22.something) though I am running version 23. When I do try to install the update I get an Error 1624?
I tried uninstalling the app too with no success.
Any advice will be appreciated.

As you are getting the error 1624 - Acrobat patch installation failure, please try to download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and reboot the computer once and see if that works for you.
