Acrobat Share Link Error / Glitch

New Here ,
Aug 08, 2024 Aug 08, 2024

My team is experiencing the inability to use the "Share" link in Acrobat. We get this garbled pop up that does nothing. I uninstalled Acrobat, restarted Mac, installed Acrobat, and tried again to no avail. What gives?

@Elizabeth36389731x07m oh no.... first question is are you using the latest version of Acrobat? Is this the Pro, Standard or the freebie, Reader. If this is the Pro, try downloading and using the free version...and see if you can share the PDF and if it gives you the same issue.

I am updated, restarted, etc. Qe have now found he error only occurs when the pdf window is on my external monitor. When I drag the window to view on my Macbook screen, the button works fine with no error.

A coworker discovered an answer! The glitch only appears on my external display. Move the PDF window over to your laptop screen, and the PDF link works fine. Bananas!

Hi @Elizabeth36389731x07m , thanks for reporting this,

Can you please provide the following information:
1. What is the current build that you are using?
2. Are you using dual monitor?
3. Click on Check for Updates.
4. If there is another update, first update and please try to reproduce the same issue and also share the latest build.

Thanks
