Acrobat Sign - Request Signature gives error message

When trying to Request Signatures I keep getting the error message below:

An Error has Occurred. Please try again. Authentication Failed

Me three.  I guess no one else has this issue? 

I'm logged in with a federated account so not sure what authentication Acrobat needs.
