Acrobat Sign sending from old email address

I've changed my email address on Creative Cloud and Adobe but for some reason, when I send contracts to be signed via Adobe Acrobat, then it sends from my old email address that does not exist anymore. I've fine-combed my account details and that address is nowhere to be found, I've replaced them all, everywhere. I did uninstall Acrobat and installed it again. But the issue prevails. Please help.

You need to update the email address on your Adobe Sign account as well, please contact the Adobe Sign support team as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-change-the-email-address-of-adobe-sign-account-adobe-sign.htm...  for the specific steps to fix the issue as the steps can vary.
