Acrobat Standard DC (outright purchase in 2015)

I purchased outright Acrobat Standard DC (Product Number 65258534) in Nov2015 for AU$450.  Up until recently I have been able to use the TOOLS features such as editing to combine files etc.

Just recently though I get this message "This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license".

I thought if you buy software outright it should work forever??

Please let me know if I need to "re-buy" this software.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to use some tools and getting the error 'This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license'

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat 2015 you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the last version 15.06.30527 released on 11th Aug 2020  using the link - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html  and reboot the computer once and check.

Are you on Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS? Please check the correct answer marked in a similar discussions below and see if that works for you

Keep in mind that what you bought is no longer called Acrobat DC. It's Acrobat 2015. Acrobat DC is the subscription-based version, and it can't be bought outright, only subscribed to on a monthly/yearly basis. So make sure that the version you have is the "Classic" version, not the subscription-based one.
