I have a user who always prints landscaped documents. leaving the print settings set to automatic is giving her some issues when trying to print to OneNote 2016 with how it orients the pages after they are "Printed". We found a setting that give consistent results which is setting the Page Size & handling to Fit and Setting the Orientation to Landscape. We would like to retain these settings for this user, and they keep reverting. Does anyone know how to adjust the Printing Defaults within adobe so that these two options are always set the way we need?
We are using Acrobat Standard DC in a Windows 7 Environment.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you want to retain the print settings
Would you mind sharing the exact workflow or steps you are doing to print? Are you printing the file through Acrobat Standard DC or through one note 2016? Please share the screenshots of the workflow for better understanding.
We are here for help, just need more information

Hello Amal,
The printing is from Adobe, usually to OneNote, but not always. screenshot of my default settings is below. I also included a screenshot of the settings we want. To be clear, we only want these settings within adobe acrobat so we cannot modify the settings on the printer objects within windows as it will affect our other programs. We are using Adobe Acrobat DC Standard
This is how we want to defaults in adobe acrobat.

Hi there,
Thanks for explaining the issue in detail and sharing the screenshots. It makes it much easier to understand the issue.
As you want Acrobat Standard to remember the print settings, we tried o reproduce the issue at our end and the application does remember the last print settings used to print the document.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat standard you are using? To check the version of the application please use the link here (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)
Make sure you have the latest version 19.21.20056 installed on your computer. Go to Help > Check for Updates. Reboot the computer after updating the application and check.
Let us know if you still face the same issue.
