That's a nonsense statement. Acrobat Standard is the same as Acrobat Pro, with fewer features.

Acrobat standard DC. There is no Acrobat standard CC subscription.

Yes, if the features for Acrobat Standard are enough! If you download and install the Acrobat Standard 64 bits version, you get the same binary as with Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro. It's just the licence that determines what Acrobat flavour runs.

No! A subscription is not Acrobat 2020 (no DC). Acrobat 2020 is a perpetual licence with no updates after the EOL.
