WRONG!! None of what you said works in my scenario (MAC OS 11.7.10) and you shifting the blame to the MAC OS is oppotunistic and lazy to say the least.
1. In my case, there is no MAC OS block on any Adobe Apps.
2. The problem is much more prevalent with Adobe Acrobat (happens every 5 times I open the App)
3. AI assistant does not work "Something went wrong please try again" (Nothing wrong with my internet connection)
This all leads to there being something wrong at Adobe's end! This became a problem since the addition of the AI to the Acrobat App, making it even more slow and overall less productive.

Obviously, a moderator moved your reply to the Acrobat forum, but the context is now missing. May be you should describe your problem again.
I can only say that on my computers, Acrobat is working fine and I have no issues that I could offload to Adobe Acrobat. But I'm on Windows.
