Acrobat Updater Keeps Popping Up

I've deleted Acrobat from my Mac (10.14.6) but the update keeps popping up in my dock.

I've posted both in the Apple support forum here

And at another forum on macrumors.com here

Nothing's worked so far.

How do I delete this annoying thing?

Automatic updates | Acrobat, Reader for Acrobat DC, XI, and X. Found using the Help key.

Where’s the Help key?

It is the key labeled F1. It is also under "Help" on the menu bar

Not seeing it anywhere. Here's a full screenshot of the screen when the updater is 'open.' There's no 'Help' option here.

I tried the Acrobat cleaning tool but got this....

Did you rund just the Adobe Acrobat repair and cleaning tool?

Or did you also run the Creative Cloud cleaner tool?

If you also have an Adobe user account, you may also want to go online, log in to adobe.com with your user account, manage account and see if there could be cloud storage services associated with your product .

Just the acrobat/reader cleaning tool.  Did NOT run the Creative Cloud cleaner tool.  Where's that?
