I have a weird issue with Acrobat DC where it sometimes (fairly often) will suddenly magnify the entire window, causing the top toolbar to be obscured and inaccessible. Sometimes minimizing the window and maximizing again solves the problem, other times I have to re-open the document.
It could be related to my monitors, since they have different resolutions. One is 2560- x 1440, the other is 1920 x 1080. If that is the cause, which is just an assumption, how would I fix it?

What is the version of Adobe Acrobat you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20281 (Mac) or 22.3.20282 (Win) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > scale for screens resolution select 'Auto Detect' also go to Preferences > Page Display > Resolution > Select 'Use System Settings' > click OK and reboot the application and see if that works.
