Setting up a new laptop. Downloaded and installed Acrobat Standard twice.  I haver reverted to the old version.  Do not care for the new version.  I cannot get the toolbar to show.  Have gone to View-Show/Hide-Toolbar items-Show Toolbars.  Does not work.  Have tried Reset Toolbars. F8 and alt F8.  Nothing works.  Any help would be appreciated

Hi @kennyb777,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble!

When you mention toolbar, is it the right-hand tools pane on the old UI? If yes, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what the screen looks for you when you open a PDF in Acrobat?

Also, you might want to try the steps below:

Preferences>Full screen>select 'Show Navigation bar'>Click OK. Restart the application.

Let me know if this works.
