Acrobat won't fully close, preventing me from moving files without force quitting

At my job I work with a lot of records in PDF format. Once I finish filling things out the whole folder gets moved to an Audits folder to be checked over by a second set of eyes.

However, lately even when I close all PDF tabs and try to move a folder I'm unable because files are still open. The only way I can move the folders is to go into the task manager and force quit the Adobe subprocesses. It's very frustrating to have to do this every fifteen minutes.

I already know the temporary solution, to hit ctrl+alt+del and force quit the subprocesses, but others may not so until this bug is fixed it would help to have this posted.
