Acrobat won't let me save PDFs or sign documents (M1 MacBook Pro)

I have an M1 mac pro and my acrobat is absolutely unusable lately. It allows me to fill out documents, but when ever I go to save nothing comes up and when I try to sign a document, it won't let me. Any help would be great

As mentioned that you are unable to sign a document, Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. OS version? 
2. Application version?
3.  Is it happening with a particular PDF or with all PDFs?

4. Is there some warning while trrying to sign?
