Hi,
I'm having some troubles with Adobe Acrobat.
My first problem was that menu texts were disappearing.
I tried to uninstall e reinstall without luck.
Then I tried to uninstall it again, run AcroCleaner (both version x32 and x64) and reinstall it via Creative Cloud.
Now the situation is worst than before.
If I try to open Acrobat directly it shows up like the image for about 5 seconds then it closes.
If I try to open a PDF, it shows me the PDF, but any menu is white (like 2° image)
What should i do?
More info:
I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2022.003.20310 | 64 bit, Windows 10 Fully Updated.
If i run Acrobat from another user, it works flawlessly.
I even tried to remove in .../appdata/roaming/Adobe acrobat folders.

Hi @RickyRich12
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Please update the application to the recent version 22.3.20314 . Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once. You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link

Hi Amal,
I am not the original poster, but I wanted to mention that I have the exact same problem with my installation of Acrobat Pro, except that mine is installed on Windows 11 64-bit.
I created a separate admin profile in Windows and Acrobat did open perfectly, but even after trying all of the other steps that you suggested, Acrobat still does not function properly on my main Windows profile. Is there something else I should try next?
Thank you very much for helping address this issue!
Sincerely,
Aidan Gough-Major

We are sorry to hear that. As the application is working fine in the new user profile, it seems to be some issue with the regular user profile. Please try to repair the user profile and see if that helps.
