I've had it on this PC for some time but it now ask for activation saying other PCs are also using the licese. How do I check and see which PCs are using it? It may be on the laptop also but that has never been an issue before.
When I try to activate it through that same popup it never complets just asking that I "Please connect to the Internet, then press Continue".

On with support now and they say they did not change anything. But this happend after the first of the year and after many months from the last install. They say I have to deactivate it but they know I no longer have access to the old install on old reinstalls of Windows. They say thay can not do anything about it.

Contact them again and ask for an "activation count reset". Once they do that (and only they can do it), you should be able to activate it once more.

The first support persion just kept saing no and nothing had changed. After tons of back and forth and being told no one can reast anything, they sent me over to the license team and the first thing they did was try an "activation count reset" but it did not work. They had me reinstall and that did not work. They they set me up with a "one time only" new key and that worked.
Again, I've never seen that mesage until this year and I got it after Acrobat had already been licensed and installed and working for many months.
