Suddenly Acrobat X Pro can not be used.
It's Acrobat X pro from CS6. Windows 10, 1809. (I know it's old, but I do not like to upgrade to an online version.)
It was working some days ago!
Now when started it was showing a window "Design and Web Premium Testversion". But my CS6 is registered, which I can see in my Adobe account. I then had a chat with a Adobe supporter, who told me to try https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/acrobat-failed-launch-30-days.html.
acrofix gave back Exit code:5. I also tried Solution 3 in ths document. But nothing did help.
I then uninstalled Acrobat X pro and installed it again (using my license number).
After starting Acrobat X Pro it now shows a window with a "software license aggreement". But when I click Accept this window comes up again and so on. I can only Finsh this window.
Is there a solution for this behaviour?
Best regard Uwe.

There is no "online version" to upgrade to. Acrobat DC, the current product, installs to your local hard disk as before. It needs to go online only to check your subscription. "Cloud" in the name has caused a lot of misunderstandings.

But beware: any current subscription app may leave the rest of CS6 unusable if you stop subscribing.

The rest of CS6 is working. It's only Acrobat X Pro which makes trouble. I cannot get past the "software license agreement"-windows.

Try running it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7. Also make sure to install all available updates, up to 10.1.16.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately this did not help. Still that "Adobe Sofware License agreement" loop exists. Someone told me, that the reason is that Adobe has switched of an authentication server? Could that be? A friend of mine who has also CS6 on Win 10 Pro says that he can start Acrobat X pro? A mistery ...

No, it’s only the activation server for CS3 and older that is switched off. Maybe worth installing the final Acrobat X update.

Ok! Yesterday I did an update to 10.1.16, but this did not solve the "Adobe Sofware License agreement" loop.
I'm not sure if I could update to 11.0.x without damaging my license.
Best Regards, Uwe.

I made a test with a systemdrive backup some weeks old. With that Acrobat X Pro did not show this Adobe Sofware License agreement" loop. So probably the problem might be due to a Windows-10 update ... From the Adobe support I was told to buy Acrobat Pro 2017.
Best regards, Uwe.
