Apologies in advance if this is posted somewhere else; I was unable to find it.
Am trying to reinstall Acrobat XI after a motherboard replacement. Keep getting an error message that the limit is reached, but it isn't installed anywhere else. Am unable to identify which previous machine or installation caused it to reach the limit. Tried to contact Support to reset the counter, but I'm not finding the site/location on how/where to contact someone to reset the counter. Could someone please point me to the appropriate link to get the counter reset?
