Acrobat XI "A 3d data parsing error has occured" in Windows 10

I have had the same problem. The file opened and worked in 3D in windows vista, so is it windows 10 that's causing the problem? I would be grateful for some help on this also.

Hi,

I recommend you to close your Adobe Acrobat Pro version and RENAME (rename should be enough, instead of deleted them) the folder:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC
in
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC_OLD

AND

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\2015
in
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\2015_OLD

It should fix your issue...

I dont have any file as 2015 in the mentioned path. There is only DC. Is it fine if I change the DC to DC_OLD

I am also have Win10 and the above solution does not work. I have deleted all my "Adobe" user registries, reinstall it and still have the problem. Any other solution?
