Acrotbat Pro DC "Billing Issue" Red Icon

I am having a facing problem with Acrobat Pro DC. A red box "Billing Issue" icon in the top right corner of Acrobat Pro showing continuously for the last one month. When I click on the button it says "billing issue has been resolved" but the icon won't go away.  Attached pictures.

I had the same problem. Now I am getting the message "Your Adobe Acrobat DC license has expired". I sent a message in this forum, but so far I have no answer. The only thing I find is that Amdal (I believe it's his name) from Adobe replies that he answers in a private message. Unfortunately it hasn't been my case.
