Hello,
I tried setting up an Action Wizard so that the document would prompt to set up a password to open the document ALONG with a seperate step that does not prompt but just uses a set strong password to prevent editing the document but allows to print.
It seems like the second step overrides the first one when it saves. Is there a way to set up the action wizard so that when it's run, we set up the password for opening and then when we proceed, the password to restrict editing and allows printing is automatically set up so we don't have to type it in?
