activate URL/link within sticky note

Hi - is there a way to create an active URL/link within a sticky note?

afaik, you an add a sticky note and you can add a clickable url, but you can't add a clickable url to a sticky note.

ie, you can add a url to a sticky note, but the user would need to copy and paste the link into a browser.
