Activation Issues

I'm having issues getting Adobe PRO DC to work. Everything is installed but when I try to use the program I get redirected to the 'Free 7 Day Trial' window. When I click on that and try to go through the process of the free trial (which I did originally) a window pops up that says I already own Acrobat Pro DC. Any advice?
