Hi,
I can't seem to activate adobe pro. It was installed on two computers, but I deactivate it on my old computer. Yet it doesn't seem to be activated on the new one.
Is there a place where I can activate it in app? Or do I have to wait for a sync?
Thank you. I had to logout, and sign back in for the activation to become active on the new device. It is active, but I still don't have access to the pro features. Maybe it has to sync before it activates.

Hi
Can you tell us exactly what Adobe application you're referring to so we can move the thread to the correct forum

Adobe Acrobat DC. When I open it it says: "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC".

The question is how to active a new one, or where to download pro. Downloading it from adobe simply reinstalls "Adobe acrobat DC", which when open says reader.

It's the same installer now. Once you log in and activate the subscription on the new device it will switch from Reader to Acrobat.

I have the same issue. I deactivated the old computer and the portal now just shows one, so I have one available. Popup during activation still shows that I reached maximum allowable.

Hi, I recently had to reinstall both my PC's (rollback to Windows 10) and now Acrobat Pro 2015 won't let me activate. I login in as decribed but no devices are shown, only the serial for the 2015 product. I didn't know about deactivating prior to uninstalling or reimaging PC. I looked on the list of contact options and it only has 'forums' as an option for activation issues.
