Activation problem

Hello from Turkey,

I am working in a cooparete drug firm in Turkey. We have 3 Adobe Acrobat XI Pro keys but we cannot activate them because thet are activated in currently non-used computers. And our IT team is changed. They cannot find the activation account as well. Could you please help us to activate and use the program please.
