First of all a greeting and thanks to the support team. I have not found a support forum in Italian so I write here. If there is a forum in Italian please give me the link.
I have to add a watermark to a file with many pages and every time I choose 'edit pdf > watermark > add' the word 'watermark search' appears which takes a lot of time. Is it possible to insert the watermark without performing this useless search?
Thank you

This search is only useless if you assume that all you want to do is to add a watermark, and to never edit an existing one. In the latter case, you would very likely want Acrobat to search for existing watermarks. I am not aware of any method to supress this search. If it's the same watermark you want to add to all the pages, you may be better off if you split the large document into a number of smaller docments, and then add the watermarks to those smaller documents, and then in a final step, assemble the large document again. On the other hand, if this is not something you need to do very often, it may just be easier (and in the long run faster) to just wait until Acrobat is done searching for watermarks. How long does it take to do this search?

Maybe I solve it by splitting the document into multiple files. Too bad that Adobe performs this search in vain. Thanks for the support

The short answer is no.
