Add Smooth Scrolling Support for Windows Precision Trackpad

I just moved from macOS to Windows, and Acrobat fully supports smooth scrolling on Mac but never implement such thing on Windows. 

It's 2021 now and most windows devices should have precision trackpad, and I can't find a reason why Acorbat still lacks such basic feature.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described , you are experiencing issues with scrolling PDFs with precision trackpad on Windows machine.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.2054 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Hi there

A new version of Adobe Acrobat DC 21.05.20058 is now available. Please update the application to this version from the help menu > check for updates nd reboot the computer once

The solution that was sent was not for the same problem. That thread was for people who did not how to exist single page mode and go into continous scroll mode. The feature you are requesting has been declined many times by Adobe over the years, it makes no sense. I just discovered all this today and I will be using another PDF reader from now on as this is just too irritating when its such a basic feature.
