Add table of content in Acrobat Pro DC

I am using Acrobat Pro DC Hi, I am using Acrobat Pro DC. I need to add table of content in my pdf file, but I did not see any option. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Make it before you create the PDF.

Thanks for your suggestion. Making table of content before creating table is one option, but it consumes time. Moreover, I have three different files merged in pdf. Is there any better way that I can create in pdf itself?
