add text on box

Odd question because it should be clear.

Acrobat 2017 is the version

I have text in a PDF, I want to add a border and gackground color, cant seem to do it.

I beleive I have the exact same question:  I have Acrobat Pro 2017 and am working on an existing pdf file.  I'm adding some  text in a different and I want a visible box (border) around that text, prefereably in the same color as the new text.   I can't figure out how to create that.  Can someone explain the steps for me?  Thanks.
