- The PDF format is final. It's not suitable for translation purposes. This is something that needs to be done before the file is created.

- Where do you need this functionality, exactly? In form fields? If so, you can already do it using other software, for example the OS's internal functions on mobile devices. I'm sure similar solutions exist for Windows and MacOS.
