Adding an e-signed document to another document

I have a need to add an e-signed PDF to another document. In this case I need to add the signed purchase authorization to the credit card form.

Based on a search, I saw that this can be accomplished by using the Combine Files tool. However, when I attempt to do this it's asking for a Permission Password. I never set a permission password, and my understanding is a random password is assigned by the software. However, I can not find this password anywhere. When I check File>Properties>Security, it shows a permission password is set, but no information about what the password is or how to find it.

How do I find the permission password for an e-signed pdf? If this is not available, how do I add an e-signed document to another document?

This is a misleading message. There is no password. You simply can't do it. You can attach the file as an attachment to another PDF, or you can attach both of these files under a single Portfolio, but you can't merge them to a single file, as you would with non-signed files.
